The HP 3835 has a flatbed scanner as well as a 35 sheet ADF for scanning larger multi-page documents. The case of the 3835 is black and has a small mono display with touch controls for managing print jobs as well as the other printer functions, there is 1 paper input tray which can hold up to 60 sheets of plain A4 paper or 20 sheets of photo paper. This input tray can be folded away when not in use to reduce the overall footprint of the OfficeJet 3835 which also weighs less than 6kg.
