Phone call order. Arrived quickly. Cannot comment on quality of new products as using previous cartridges first. Recently found in two colour cartridges a single colour stopped flowing. I had put no date of receipt on cartridge so no idea how long I had them before installing in printer.

As always I am very pleased with the quality of these IJT compatible cartridges. I make a lot of greetings cards on photo card and this ink is excellent for this purpose, quick drying and no smudging. I always use IJT because their products and customer service are both excellent.

Discovered black cartridge seemed faulty. On reporting it I was given advice how to check it. having checked it twice with the same result I contacted IJT who immediately arranged for a replacement. Having received replacement cartridge I inserted it into my printer and it is now working as it should. Thank you IJT great service.
