IJT Direct ("we" or "us" or "our") gather and process your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and in compliance with the relevant data protection regulation and laws. Information that you give us we receive and store both on our website and in our order processing and accounting systems to facilitate providing a service to you and making purchasing easier and more convenient.

Most of our customers enjoy our monthly newsletter including special offers, new products, information on how to get the best out of your computer and printer and reviews of new printers as they come on to the market. If you do not wish to receive this electronic communication you will be able to unsubscribe quickly and easily.

As noted in the "Information We Collect; How We Store and Use Your Data" section of this notice, we occasionally process your personal information under the legitimate interests' legal basis. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We only ever retain personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.

Making a Complaint

We only processes your personal information in compliance with this privacy policy and in accordance with the relevant data protection laws.
