In our experience the vast majority of the products we sell will work perfectly the first time out without the need to contact our Product Support team. Occasionally, users are uncertain as to whether they have the right printer ink cartridge or laser printer toner cartridge product and are installing it correctly.
Our manufacturers can, on the odd the occasion, produce a defective product or it can be damaged in transit. Our warehouse team are human, no robots at IJT Direct, and have been known, as a rare event, to send out the wrong product. To this end, all IJT Direct printer cartridges come with a full 12 month warranty and superb advice and support. Our other, top spec hardware items, such as reconditioned laptops, tablets and smartphones, all come with great warranty and support as well.
It is good to know that IJT Direct has a product support department who, in addition to undertaking rigorous quality control checks on the products we sell, are available to assist you with any queries or problems you may have.
