Warranty Info

Our customer service team react quickly and efficiently to resolve any technical issues you may have. In addition to this, we will immediately replace unsatisfactory products and refund your money if you are not totally satisfied. We are a highly trusted supplier and carry £1 million product liability.

Our primary aim is to keep you, our valued customer, happy! No matter what it takes! We’ve been offering a fully comprehensive warranty and guarantee policy since we started in 2000, so we know it works and you know it’s not a fly-by-night gimmick.

Ink & Toner Cartridges

IJT Direct branded ink cartridges and toner cartridges are covered by an industry leading 5 Year Warranty. We guarantee that our cartridges will give at least the same quality of print and number of copies as the original equipment manufacturer.

Any warranty and maintenance agreement you currently have will not be affected using our printer cartridges. In the unlikely event of one of our printer cartridges causing damage to your printer, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Hardware

All brand new hardware items are covered by a 12 Month Warranty unless stated otherwise, covering parts and labour. Some manufacturers include extended or on-site warranties which are in addition to our standard warranty.

In the event that a product still has remaining manufacturer’s warranty you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve your problem.

All laptops, PCs and monitors are now supported by a 12 month RTB warranty unless otherwise stated in the product details.

Terms & Conditions

In the case of second hand, ex-demonstration and refurbished equipment, warranty periods may vary but in all cases these are clearly stated in the details 'more info' section of individual items.

All warranties exclude any damage not reported within 1 working day of delivery. Exclusions will apply to damage or faults caused from user error, 3rd party repairs/upgrades. We only warranty the item as supplied any changes to hardware or software resulting in a compatibility issue or fault are not covered under warranty.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items: perishable or personalised products and products with a seal for health/hygiene protection are non-returnable unless there is a fault (including but not limited to headphones and shaving products).

We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses. Our total liability shall be limited to the Sale price paid for the item/items as per the supplied invoice.

All goods remain the property of Bentham Limited until paid for in full.

A full copy of our terms and conditions is printed on the reverse of our invoice and is available upon request. 

All goods are supplied on a UK warranty basis, any collection/returns will be limited to addresses within the UK. Delivery/Return costs outside of the UK will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
