Shipping Information
When will you process my order?
- Virtually all compatible and remanufactured printer cartridges are in stock and if ordered on a working day before 3pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed later or on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
How will you ship my order?
- The majority of orders are sent by 1st Class post and should arrive with you within a few working days although we cannot guarantee a specific time.
- Customers requiring a courier service can select/upgrade from the standard service level and pay an additional charge (varies by item). If this option is chosen orders received by 3pm on a weekday will normally be dispatched that night for next working day delivery. Please note that our courier does not make deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
- Customers with orders send via DPD will receive automated updates, tracking information and delivery time estimates from DPD directly to either their registered email address and/or mobile phone by email or text. So please ensure your details are correct at the time of order.
Where and when will you ship my order?
- IJT prides itself on offering ink cartridge and toner cartridge delivery to all of the United Kingdom with a priority service.
- Orders that qualify for free delivery are going to a UK Mainland address (on spends over £30), some areas like the Channel Islands, Highlands, Islands and Europe do have small surcharges due to the extra costs of delivery.
- 95% of orders ship on the day they are placed, they are either sent via Royal Mail 1st class 24, Royal Mail 24hr tracked or DPD.
