I have used these cartridges for some time now (both black and colour) and rate them highly. They are good value for money and generally reliable. Occasionally there is a problem caused by ink (infecting) the contacts on the cartridge, but this is easily resolved by following the instructions made available by IJT. As luck would have it, I experienced this problem this very morning for only the second time. It is now sorted! Thank goodness I kept the email telling me what to do!!

I have no complaints about the quality of this ink. It prints out clearly. Only problem I have had, is when I didn't open a cartridge for about one year. I couldn't get it to print well.
