Our sales people get asked lots of different questions every day including recycled ink and toner cartridge quality compared to the manufacturer originals to questions about warranty. 

These are the most common questions our customers ask and how our sales people answer - 

Q) My printer is printer streaky lines all over the page, how can I stop this? 

A) Select and run the printer cleaning and printhead alignment function on your printer. It's most likely the nozels on the printhead are partially blocked so a quick clean and align and you should be back up and running again. 

Q) Will recycled ink and toner cartridges damage my printer? 

A) No, our inks will not damaged your printer because we use empty original cartridges that have been deep cleaned and refilled. We also cover you with our 12 month warranty on all of our ink and toner cartridges. 

Q) Will buying recycled cartridges affect the warranty on my printer? 

A) The answer should be no, and the Office of Fair Trading has written to printer manufacturers making this clear. In the unlikely event that a cartridge of ours did damage your printer, we would of course replace that printer. 

Q) Will your recycled inks register in my printer? 

A) Yes they will. You may sometimes need to click 'ok' to print but they will register and printer. 

Q) Will my printer register ink levels of your inks? 

A) Your printer should and will read ink levels most of the time but we can't guarantee this every single time because of the constant firmware updates the printer manufacturers are releasing to stop you buying recycled ink and saving money.

Q) What happens if I'm not happy with your products? Or have problems? 

A) Our product support team is available during office hours on a non-premium rate telephone line to help you and in the unlikely event of a faulty cartridge we will replace it for you. 

Q) Do your recycled ink and toner cartridges last as long as the originals? 

A) Yes. In many cases longer as our manufacturers fill all our inkjet and toner cartridges to the maximum level possible, consistent with good performance, whereas some manufacturers deliberately partially fill their printer cartridges, especially those included with the printer, as a matter of course.
