I am very pleased with the service provided by IJT who sent me the cartridge very quickly. Unfortunately HP is not happy with me using a recycled toner cartridge and each time I try to print I receive a message to say that my printer has a problem. I've got round that by selecting "Print a test page" and my printer then prints a test page and the document I wish to print. Can you offer me any advice on how I can avoid this?
