Delivered as specified, albeit after an extended wait. The laptop is fine, but Windows 11 has too many drawbacks.

Ordered on 25/12/25 with an enhancement to the SSD. After a chivvy, finally delvered on 8/1/26, after a "failed delivery" on the previous day (I was in). Delay stated to be due to enhancement, but no explanation offered until I phoned.
