The three rings of the Activity app provide a simple visual snapshot of your daily activity, and can help motivate you to sit less, move more, and get some exercise.
There's also a dedicated Workout app.
Activity App - Feel a sense of accomplishment when you close your Move, Exercise and Stand rings.
Workout App - Get detailed measurements during specific workouts like cycling, running and elliptical.

Give your watch a new look by adding a colourful, durable Sport Band (or two). There's a full range of them that you can buy separately.

Press the strap release button and slide in your new strap until it clicks into place. The grooves in each case are precision machined to ensure a perfect fit.

You'll want to use Apple Watch all day long. So it has a battery that lasts up to 18 hours (from new, actual performance may vary). And charging it is simple.
Just hold the connector near the back of the watch, where magnets cause it to snap into place automatically.
