This simply means it has 2 foils and can be used safely for wet or dry shaves. This particular electric rechargeable Panasonic shaver has a flexible head that is designed to move with the contours of your face that’s supposed to provide a closer more comfortable shave.
What’s good about it?
Foil shavers give an excellent shave, often the result not being hugely different from using a razor and shaving gel. The big plus point with the ES-RW33 is that the head can pivot and move with the different angles of the face so that shave can be even more comfortable and closer. The foils can also be replaced and the shaver easily cleaned. The battery is also good, offering up to 7 shaves between charges. Are there any drawbacks?
